Here is a list of questions that our customers may ask themselves, in order to make it easier for you, we have given some answers to help you. - WHERE ARE THE PAINTINGS MADE?
Our boards are all manufactured in our production facility located in the Cologne region of Germany.
- CAN I CHOOSE MY HANGING SYSTEM?
Our Aluminum boards are systematically delivered with a rear aluminum hanging frame for a floating and airy effect. It's the best on the market. You can find more information about the rear frame in the section "Rear Frame". The paintings on canvas are delivered mounted on a wooden frame which can be placed directly on a screw.
- ARE SCREWS AND ANCHORS SUPPLIED?
Each wall or each support is different. We will not use the same type of screw on placo, cinder block, brick or wood. This is how our paintings are delivered ready to be hung, but it will be up to you to provide the dowels and screws depending on your support.
- WHAT SIZE TO CHOOSE?
You can get an idea of the size by looking at the illustration images, but before ordering we advise you to take the measurements directly on the place where the painting will be hung to really appreciate, because a painting of 120 cm in long is quite impressive.
If you want a version with a printed frame, just select the size that includes a printed frame.
- WHAT IS THE BEST MATERIAL BETWEEN MATT ALU AND ACRYLIC GLASS ALU?
The two materials correspond to different needs.
Aluminum Glass Acrylic is a more upscale product with great depth of color and light but is subject to reflections.
Matte Aluminum is more satiny and contemporary. It is also more affordable and is not prone to glare.
Both materials are moisture and UV resistant.
Whatever your choice, you will not be disappointed by the quality of our paintings.

- IS IT POSSIBLE TO HANG THE PAINTING OUTSIDE?
Paintings should be hung in a covered place away from the weather and direct sunlight, as the latter can cause warping due to heat. Canvas paintings should be hung in a dry place.
- IS THE NUMBER OF PRINTS LIMITED WITH ASSOCIATED CERTIFICATE?
The goal of Printadeco is to democratize art by allowing everyone to decorate their interior with paintings that are usually found in art galleries, while maintaining a fair price. We prefer to offer you excellent value for money, rather than pseudo-prints limited to several thousand copies per size, with much higher prices.
- WHERE DO THE PAINTING IMAGES COME FROM?
At Printadeco we want everyone to find what they are looking for. Of many exclusive photos were taken and created by our founding President and Professional Photographer Sébastien BLANC. Others come from other authors selected under license, always with the aim of offering you the best possible choice.
- CAN I KNOW THE ADDRESS OF THE PLACE WHERE THE PHOTO WAS TAKEN?
Some addresses, especially those of abandoned places, must be kept secret to avoid damage and preserve the heritage. However, you will find some information on some photos.
- WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER ?
Upon receipt of payment, orders are immediately sent to production. The manufacturing time is 4 to 7 working days. The transport time after manufacture is 3 to 7 working days.
The standard delivery time after ordering thus generally varies between 7 and 14 working days. If you do not receive your order after 15 working days, you can contact us by email at this address firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your name and your order number so that we can investigate.
- CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
As soon as your order is validated, the products are sent to production. It is therefore not possible to cancel an order.
However you can send us an email at email@example.com with your name and your order number and we will do our best as far as possible.
- IN WHAT COUNTRY DO YOU MAKE DELIVERIES?
We deliver for free in Europe and UK to the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, and United United.

- IS IT POSSIBLE TO SEND A PACKAGE TO A RELATIVE?
It's entirely possible ! All you have to do is enter your personal address in "Billing address" and the address of your loved one in "Delivery address". Don't worry, we won't put an invoice in your package.
- AN ITEM I RECEIVED IS DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Simply contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within seven days of receiving your order.
You must attach to your message photos or videos of the article in question as well as your first name, your last name and the order number in order to find a favorable solution to your problem.
Note that a slight deformation of the painting or a small scratch are not considered defects.
- IS PAYMENT ON YOUR SHOP SECURE?
We use one of the world leaders in terms of payment processor, namely the company Stripe, which guarantees secure transactions in all circumstances. In addition, your information is encrypted to allow safe browsing on our store via an SSL certificate (https).
You can pay for your order by credit card: Visa, Mastercard and American Express as well as by Paypal.
- I WISH TO RETURN AN ITEM, HOW DO I PROCEED?
You have a right of withdrawal of 30 days, longer than the legal period which is 14 days. Products returned in perfect condition and with their original packaging will be taken back. Items that have visibly been used, or that are incomplete/damaged will not be eligible for a return or refund.
You can return the article(s) to us at the address that we will have communicated to you by email.
You will need to provide us with proof that a return has been made, along with the tracking number. No return for cash on delivery or without prior contact will be accepted. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the package during transport. The return costs are of course your responsibility.
Once the return has been processed by our services, we will contact you to offer you a refund if the product is in new condition, unused, and complete in its original packaging.
- MY TRACKING INDICATES THAT THE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED OR THIS IS NOT THE CASE, WHY?
You can contact the carrier with the tracking number.
Otherwise it is possible that it is a member of your neighborhood who received it, do not hesitate to question them.
If, despite all these steps, your package cannot be found, please contact our services so that we can find a solution.
